Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, credit and collections experience required
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive style to implement new processes
  • Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Business-level English language skills (both speaking and writing) required
  • ERP system experience and competency in SAP required
  • Advance PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
  • Proactive mindset and advanced problem-solving skill
  • Customer Service to be able to take calls and communicate with customers

Responsibilities

  • Perform the reconciliation of complex accounts and prepare the customer contact by email or calls to discuss the overdue and payment plan
  • Prepare the remittances in excel from which should be posted by BSC OtC Cash Application team
  • Execute distribution of statement of accounts (SoA) and Dunning Letter to be sent to customers
  • Maintain a close relationship with major market stakeholders to ensure complying with all activities including collections of past dues, repayments and resolution of unapplied cash receipts
  • Manage client’s operations related to issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with internal control OtC procedures
  • Have ownership of accountability for 3rd party and bankruptcy processes
  • Partner with process owners to identify continuous improvement timeliness agreed
  • Responsible for sharing executive summaries to major stakeholders
  • Deliver and maintain process documentation (SOP & Work Instructions)
