Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Nursing degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ clinician experience in post-acute care, preferably in a leadership capacity
  • Sales or sales support experience preferred
  • Healthcare manufacturer/distribution industry experience preferred
  • Adaptive and solutions-based approach to working with customers/sales teams
  • Able to multi-task effectively and manage shifting priorities
  • Strong consultation and communication skills; able to collaborate well with a diverse range of people; tactful, professional, and flexible
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity and change

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CRT and Marketing Team on the development of customer facing educational resources and presentations
  • Provide training/education on McKesson products to customers, potential customers, and sales teams via Webex and live presentations
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on products to clinicians at McKesson customer sites
  • Provide clinical updates to sales leaders/sales teams
  • Conduct clinical reviews and assessment for best practice recommendations
  • Interface with customers, key decision makers, and sales teams, providing clinical perspective related to McKesson products
  • Participate on sales presentations
  • Provide implementation support to new accounts/customers
  • Participate in sales regional, district, and national meetings
  • Participate and act as McKesson ambassador at clinical conferences
  • Identify standardization opportunities for customers (i.e. formulary development/guidance)
  • Participate on research and development-new ideas, product testing, clinical trials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales or sales support experience preferred
