Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Nursing degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ clinician experience in post-acute care, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Sales or sales support experience preferred
- Healthcare manufacturer/distribution industry experience preferred
- Adaptive and solutions-based approach to working with customers/sales teams
- Able to multi-task effectively and manage shifting priorities
- Strong consultation and communication skills; able to collaborate well with a diverse range of people; tactful, professional, and flexible
- Able to work independently
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity and change
- Strong customer focus orientation along with ability to persuade and influence outcomes

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills

- Able to travel 25-40% within assigned territory with occasional need to support locations outside assigned territory
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CRT and Marketing Team on the development of customer facing educational resources and presentations
- Provide training/education on McKesson products to customers, potential customers, and sales teams via Webex and live presentations
- Provide guidance and recommendations on products to clinicians at McKesson customer sites
- Provide clinical updates to sales leaders/sales teams
- Conduct clinical reviews and assessment for best practice recommendations
- Interface with customers, key decision makers, and sales teams, providing clinical perspective related to McKesson products
- Participate on sales presentations
- Provide implementation support to new accounts/customers
- Participate in sales regional, district, and national meetings
- Participate and act as McKesson ambassador at clinical conferences
- Identify standardization opportunities for customers (i.e. formulary development/guidance)
- Participate on research and development-new ideas, product testing, clinical trials
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales or sales support experience preferred
