Requirements
- Extensive experience with ITSM frameworks, specifically in Change and Release Management, and familiarity with Incident and Problem Management
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, including its functionalities and operations
- Proven success in implementing Change and Release Management practices at scale
- Ability to prioritize the needs of various collaborators and influence decisions without formal authority
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to connect with technical and non-technical partners
- Demonstrated technical competence, with experience working closely with developers and designers
- Track record of defining and implementing strategies that bring value
- Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Passion for setting standards and driving methodologies
Responsibilities
- Deliver an effective Change and Release Management strategy aligned with Adobe’s objectives
- Drive the adoption of Adobe-wide frameworks through positive relationships and influence
- Ensure framework evolution addresses product and development lifecycles
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product/program management and development teams to align and socialize roadmaps
- Represent CaRMA in meetings with executives and partners to ensure regular communication and updates
- Monitor and report on the overall health of Change and Release Management at Adobe, resolving cross-functional issues as needed
