Requirements
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Merchandising experience
- Strong strategic and analytical skills to grow a business
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with cross-functional team
- Flexible, resilient and comfortable working in ‘grey areas’ that are constantly changing
Responsibilities
- Lead Long Range Planning and white space opportunity identification exercises with CFT
- Lead negotiations and strategy sessions with top vendor partners to deliver on profit goals and deliver differentiation and innovation to fuel sales growth that outpaces the industry
- Lead the development & curation of an inclusive Collectors/Trading Cards assortment in-store and on Target.com
- Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects at a time
- Must be able to clearly articulate priorities and sell new ideas internally and externally
- Able to develop high performing team members
