Requirements
- 7-10 years Business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in consumer-focused wireless, high-tech (software, internet/new media, entertainment/content, etc.) or consumer electronics industries.
- Financial analysis skills required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills required.
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field required.
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and business development efforts to drive growth in the Accessories business across new and existing channels.
- Develop and present detailed business cases for emerging opportunities, value-added programs, and systematic capabilities.
- Shape and implement initiatives that expand channel reach and enhance product portfolio performance.
- Align financial and operational strategies across cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
- Drive financial forecasting, scenario planning, and ROI analysis to support investment and strategic decisions.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive execution.
- Provide executive-level communication and reporting to influence leadership decision-making.
- Identify and operationalize innovation opportunities that support both short-term gains and long-term transformation.
- Develop tools and frameworks that enable scalable business process improvements.
- Monitor market trends, channel performance, and financial outcomes to refine strategic direction and prioritize initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Negotiation skills preferred.
