Requirements

  • 7-10 years Business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in consumer-focused wireless, high-tech (software, internet/new media, entertainment/content, etc.) or consumer electronics industries.
  • Financial analysis skills required.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills required.
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field required.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning and business development efforts to drive growth in the Accessories business across new and existing channels.
  • Develop and present detailed business cases for emerging opportunities, value-added programs, and systematic capabilities.
  • Shape and implement initiatives that expand channel reach and enhance product portfolio performance.
  • Align financial and operational strategies across cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Drive financial forecasting, scenario planning, and ROI analysis to support investment and strategic decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Product, Finance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Provide executive-level communication and reporting to influence leadership decision-making.
  • Identify and operationalize innovation opportunities that support both short-term gains and long-term transformation.
  • Develop tools and frameworks that enable scalable business process improvements.
  • Monitor market trends, channel performance, and financial outcomes to refine strategic direction and prioritize initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Negotiation skills preferred.
