Requirements
- BS Engineering, MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ business development experience in engineering plastics within the Electronics and Consumer market
- Strong knowledge base in Engineering resin to facilitate technical discussions to explore business opportunities
- Self motivated and strong desire to gain results
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication a must
- Strong relationship building & negotiation skills
- Ability to travel, 50% or more ‘road warrior’
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed goals
- MS Office suite etc.
Responsibilities
- Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers across Consumer and Industrial Electronics, Solar Industry, Consumer goods, and Films Packaging.
- Manage all components of new business development including project identification and qualification, development and validation, and commercialization.
- Plan and conduct sales presentations to targeted current/potential customers.
- Prepare strategic account development plans to support long range business growth.
- Develop key relationships across and manage up the customer organization.
- Gain knowledge of competitive positioning: products, pricing, activities.
- Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategy.
