Sr. Business Analyst I

You have an active Secret security clearance
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline
You have 5 years as a business analysis within Agile software development environments.
You have proven ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements using Agile tools.
You have strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, and testers.
You have experience facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
You have experience with creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across technical and non-technical audiences.
You have experience with stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine business and technical requirements.
You will translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
You will facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
You will work closely with product owners to prioritize and manage product backlogs.
You will analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality.
You will support development teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs.
You will track and communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
