Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in capital markets, structured products, loan pricing, credit risk, investment banking, and/or FP&A within fintech or financial services
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python/R; experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy and effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; customer-facing experience a plus
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and capable of independently driving initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering); advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize loan pricing decisions across channels and partners in collaboration with Product, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams
  • Analyze product performance, funnel conversion, competitor pricing, and market trends to identify pricing optimization opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to inform lending strategy and support product forecasting
  • Serve as the finance partner for Credit, Product, and Marketing teams, assisting with forecasting, budgeting, reporting and cost-benefit analyses
  • Build dashboards, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and deliver actionable insights to leadership and external stakeholders
