Requirements
- BS in Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years in Construction Management.
- 5+ years experience working with NYSDOT preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Solid communications skills, both oral and written.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Assign and motivate job superintendents and paving foremen for the various projects. Have daily communication to monitor progress, schedule, costs and resources. Suggest or recommend any potential cost savings measures.
- Analyze project performance and implement improvements for efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years experience working with NYSDOT preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred.
