Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years relevant experience, preferred
  • Ability to travel ~25%
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Independent self-starter who works well with minimal direction
  • Highly adaptable to change; this role is continuously evolving with the needs of our customers
  • Must be comfortable working in gray areas

Responsibilities

  • Manage key aspects of customer onboarding and drive solution Go-Live. Activities include: Coordinate with relevant stakeholders prior to Go-Live (Sales, Operations, Account Management), Prepare customers for Go-Live (e.g. inventory training, ad-hoc support, etc.), Provide remote/on-site customer training & support during Go-Lives
  • Ongoing sales enablement of/consultation with partners on Independent Sales Force (ISF) Activities include: On-demand training, pipeline management, solution demo support and ad-hoc support through all stages of the sales cycle as needed
  • Own ISF training for IO solution selling
  • Assist senior team members in identifying opportunities for optimization and solutioning to ensure continuous improvement of IO customer onboarding experience
