Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or a related field.
- Overall experience required: 5 years of managing IT Accounting
- Excellent math skills.
- Proficient in articulating ideas clearly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions related to the budget, ensuring safe and secure storage. Reviews data and information for accuracy and make corrections when necessary.
- Producing reports and statistical data as needed, supporting financial planning and reporting. Ensure records and reports are kept safely and securely.
- Performing administrative and secretarial duties to support the budget process.
- Supporting financial planning and reporting, and potentially assisting with invoicing, reconciliation, and billing tasks.
- Understanding and assisting with the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Enters budget data and adjustments into financial accounting software and reconciles differences.
- Maintains accurate records for all transactions affecting budget preparation.
- Produce reports and statistical data as needed.
- Perform administrative and secretarial duties as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
