Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting Business or related field or equivalent years of experience (should be +4 yrs if no Bachelor’s degree)
- Progressive finance and business experience in financial services industry
- Experience in utilizing an enterprise reporting or planning application including but not limited to Hyperion Planning, HRF, SAP, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to verbal and written communication, ability to analyze and connect data points, and ability to collaborate with other team members and departments.
Responsibilities
- Generate comprehensive income statement and balance sheet projections by managing the consolidated financial planning and reporting activities for TFS US
- Support the creation of executive-level presentations, conceptualizing the framework, messaging, content, and visuals to target audience
- Stay on top of current automotive & financial services industry trends and connect how it impacts the company’s business
- Assist in evaluating the company’s overall performance relative to other competitors in the industry (finance captives, OEMs, banks)
- Schedule and manage the company’s monthly performance results meeting to the finance team, including management
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher level degree such as an MBA.
- Certification such as CPA
- Experience with Hyperion Planning, HFM
- Previous experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
