Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in a performance marketing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as SQL and Looker.
  • Experience developing roadmaps and informing marketing strategies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor updates to the appropriate audience (senior stakeholders, peers, analysts, etc.).
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing performance narrative in all formal and informal touchpoints.
  • Execute deep-dive investigations that span across channels (in partnership with marketing channel teams) to deliver actionable insights to department leadership.
  • Own all formal reporting.
  • Serve as strategic thought partner to marketing channel teams.
  • Hold individual channels accountable for test rigor and business results.
  • Draw connections across channel roadmaps (e.g., between prospecting & email) to improve overall customer experience to amplify channel-specific performance.
  • Promote a balanced focus on operational excellence.
  • Drive the ad spend forecasting process with the channel leads to ladder up into the broader quarterly P&L process, in partnership with Brand Finance.
  • Lead the monitoring and management of performance metrics against the forecast.
  • Support investigation into cross-channel levers (e.g., personalization, targeting, retargeting) to improve customer growth / customer health.
  • Serve as a project manager for complex multi-channel projects, ensuring scalability / sustainability of initiatives, knowledge-sharing and impactful results.
