Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Strong SQL knowledge (e.g., BigQuery, MySQL, DB2) for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Demonstrated customer service mindset with a focus on understanding and meeting internal stakeholder needs.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, a strong drive for results, the capacity to build strong relationships, and a commitment to integrity.
  • Solid understanding of merchandising, retail operations, and/or field operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data gathering tasks and analytics – identify trends, develop solutions, project/strategy planning and data utilization.
  • Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize. Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors. Synthesize findings and make recommendations to upper management.
  • Build skills and knowledge including self-development, team knowledge and customer (internal) knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical ability to manipulate data, derive meaningful conclusions, and formulate data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong Tableau knowledge, including the ability to create and design impactful dashboards that effectively communicate key messages to users.
  • Demonstrated leadership attributes, including the ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and achieving shared goals.
  • Background in consulting management and/or project management methodologies a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills, including statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Strong knowledge of Asset Protection principles and practices is preferred.
  • The ability to reverse engineer data anomalies to identify quantification and root causes, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Ability to partner with business partners across the organization to identify “happy path” processes and the underlying causes of identified concerns.
  • Ability to produce standard documentation for partners at all levels, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to teams, executive leaders, and sponsors, clearly articulating complex analyses and their implications.
