B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications
10+ years of IT Program / Project Management experience
10 years of expertise in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources effectively
10+ years of expertise in methodologies like Agile, or Scrum
10+ years of expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and risks across multiple projects
10+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependencies
Ability to align programs with business objectives and long-term goals
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration
Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Strong capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Creative problem-solving to address challenges and optimize processes
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or other program management software
Experience in leading organizational change and driving adoption of new processes or technologies

The Program Manager shall be responsible for strategically leading and managing both direct and contract employees in support of complex IT programs.
The Program Manager Senior shall ensure alignment with organizational business objectives while fostering collaboration to achieve successful product delivery outcomes.
