Requirements
- series 7 and 66 licenses (required within 60 days of hire)
- ideally 10+ Years of Experience in a Wealth Management field facing sales role (preferably in an Advisory capacity) or an asset management sales role
- able to discuss and have full understanding of the broad market and economic environment
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- driven and sales oriented with a history of delivering results
Responsibilities
- develop a fluency in all Advisory platforms and proprietary/non-proprietary investment solutions offered at UBS
- spend four days per week in branches presenting at sales meetings, engaging in one-on-one consultations with FA’s addressing advisory education, case consultations, product implementation, and facilitating practice management thought leadership
- communicate the UBS and Advisory value proposition to Financial Advisors, Field Leaders, Clients, Financial Advisor Recruits, and 3rd Part Asset Management partners
- leverage CIO insights to drive portfolio construction and informed investment selection while ensuring alignment with a client’s risk profile, investment objectives, and suitability
- advise Financial Advisors on practice management – how to effectively implement, manage, and scale an advisory business along with navigating platform migration/logistics
- build rapport with Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in your assigned coverage region and proactively address needs by providing meaningful insights identified through a data driven sales and engagement process
- integrate knowledge of products and services in collaboration with stakeholder partners to identify cross selling opportunities
