Requirements
- Administering regulatory exams, ad hoc and continuous monitoring activities
- Planning and scheduling work to meet regulatory organizational and regulatory requirements
- Project management skills and experience sufficient to successfully complete long and short-term projects
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications, including database applications and regulatory agency systems
Responsibilities
- Acts as the firm’s primary point of contact with all prudential regulators, including the Fed’s CPC (Central Point of Contact)
- Builds strong relationships with the CPC and other regulators with a focus on maintaining the firm’s credibility and culture of transparency
- Schedules and coordinates regulatory exams of RJF, TSC, RJB, RJT, and RJTCNH
- Facilitates regulatory monitoring activities and supervisory planning, including tracking exam findings and responses to regulatory inquiries
- Supports regulator continuous monitoring, documentation, and meeting requests
- Coordinates with members of executive management regarding exams, inquiries and related regulatory expectations
