Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA desired
- 8+ years product management experience
- Series 7 and 63 are permitted for this role
- Demonstrated expertise working with product positioning, product development, product strategy, critical thinking, goal setting, planning and decision making
- Strong relationship building, interpersonal and influencing skills to align across the organization and across Fidelity Health
- Experience leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority
- Understanding of the Health Savings Account (HSA) and Reimbursement Account product offerings
- Working knowledge of healthcare card lifecycle – benefit enrollments, card orders, profile maintenance, transactions & settlements
- Good understanding of file transmission using secured FTP protocols
- Experience managing middle-tier API capabilities on AWS and Azure CSPs
- Experience managing applications on IBM zOS mainframe
- Familiarity with release management process using ServiceNow and automatic deployments via SSPD & DAS tools.
Responsibilities
- Define, refine, and communicate the mission of the squad-to-squad members and other stakeholders
- Anticipate, discover, and prioritize client / stakeholder needs to serve as the voice of the customer / stakeholders
- Engage Fidelity Legal, Risk and Compliance to discuss client feedback and various solution needs
- Measure performance through established KPIs and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results
- Ensure that new capabilities are well understood by sales, marketing, communications operations, and product maintenance.
