Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team-based environment.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word
- 1+ years of experience working with database querying tools (SQL, Python, Toad)
- 3+ years of supply chain experience in asset management, demand forecasting, repair management, or spares engineering
- Strong communication, problem solving, and data analytic skills
Responsibilities
- Develop inventory modeling solutions that satisfy service contract performance targets
- Functionally assess and resolve user tickets for SPM/PDL software bugs, enhancements, and integrations to source data systems such as SAP and GOLD.
- Sustain & monitor previously deployed service contract models in SPM and OnePDL
- Perform data analysis to develop root cause / corrective action for data flow solutions
- Build relationships with key supply chain and IT contacts
- Document processes, configurations and data maps
- Gather business information requirements and coordinate change activities
- Act as intermediary between business users / programs using SPM/PDL and IT
- Test software code against acceptance criteria
- Support project management tasks related to system integration activities
- Operate in a Scaled Agile Framework scrum team working environment
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Engage with remote teammates in daily calls run by product owners / scrum masters
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional team-based environment.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Word
- 3+ years of experience working with database querying tools (SQL, Python, Toad)
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in asset management, demand forecasting, repair management, or spares engineering
- Previous experience working in development projects for supply chain systems / tools
- Understanding / Experience with a Scaled Agile Framework concept of operations
- Attention to detail, data science, computer science, data analytics, data presentation
- Inclination to learn and understand supply chain systems & process development
