Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Licensed/Certified in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with a reliable and insured automobile.
Responsibilities
- Identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders through comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to address the individual needs of each patient.
- Implement evidence-based speech and language therapies aimed at improving communication abilities, cognitive-linguistic skills, and swallowing functions.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care, guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey.
- Educate and support patients’ families on strategies to promote continued progress and improve communication in daily activities.
