Responsibilities
- Evaluates and treats patients
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health team members
- Maintains documentation of services in the medical record
- Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in LTC is preferred
