Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans to help residents improve communication and quality of life
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide top-tier, resident-centered care
- Document progress and modify interventions as needed
- Educate residents, families, and staff to support communication and swallowing strategies
