Requirements

  • You hold a diploma in engineering or other relevant field
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field of aircraft manufacturing
  • You must possess technical cabin knowledge and demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • You must be able to hold Flight Attendant qualification under Car’s 604 Private Operator
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations TC, FAA and EASA Regulations (an asset)
  • You have strong organizational skills, with proficiency in Google Workplace (an asset)
  • You must have integrity, discretion, confidentiality and professionalism
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills French & English
  • You must have a valid passport

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the cabin operational support to the A220 customers and contribute to the Entry Into Service (EIS) for airlines on cabin operation matters
  • Contribute in daily cabin operations activity with Airlines (eg. answer airlines questions via Customer Response Center (CRC) on cabin operations matter and coordinate as necessary)
  • Supporting and authoring the CCOM revisions (Cabin Crew Operating Manual)
  • Maintain the A220 Cabin Knowledge Manual (CKM) and Lessons Plan
  • Contribute in the definition of cabin operational standards with any other involved Airbus department (eg. Design office, flight test, cabin crew training, engineering)
  • Participate as crew member in the Initial & Annual Flight Attendant training under CARs 604
  • Maintains his/her cabin crew instructor type qualification in accordance to organizational needs
  • Participate as cabin crew instructor for Flight Crew training (eg. Flight OPS pilots/GTE/FTE)
  • Participate in the development of the Cabin Crew CS-CCD OSD (Operational Suitability Data) for EASA
  • Participate to Operational Liaison Visit (OLV) to provide a familiarization to the cabin crew with all necessary operating procedures, techniques, technical information and limitations, to safely and efficiently operate the A220 during normal and abnormal/emergency situations
  • Participate in all assigned cabin crew training activities.

Preferred Qualifications
