Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work-related experience
• At least 2 years of related experience (working with data, managing deadlines and information across multiple platforms)
• Excellent verbal, listening, and written skills. Including grammar, punctuation and understanding of United States medical terminology
• Extremely detail-oriented with above average organizational skills
• Growth and learning mindset with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, yet work autonomously
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Work with team members to create and maintain licensing, credentials, and insurance records
• Help develop internal enrolment and credentialing processes
• Monitor license and credential expiration dates and advise staff members of required “renew by” dates
• Help enrol providers with new Payers when contracts are obtained
• Help create and update enrolment process for existing and new providers
• Help monitor status, timelines, and potential issues in timely enrolment
• Help manage partner relationships and ensure tasks are completed timely
• Maintain individual provider files to include up to date information needed to complete the required governmental and commercial payer credentialing applications
• Work closely with team members to maintain internal provider grid to ensure all information is accurate and logins are available
• Update each provider’s CAQH database file timely according to the schedule published by CMS

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a venture-backed healthcare or startup/technology setting
• Ambition to have a long-term career in healthcare
• Experience managing the United States healthcare system
• Experience using a MacBook, Google Workspace, and learning new technologies
