Requirements

• High School Diploma (Required)
• 1-3 years Inventory control experience, preferably in a retail environment Required
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of all inventories by performing daily audits and maintaining a comprehensive Cycle Count Program
• Use Scan technology to document pertinent carton level information, including condition, quantity, and location of inventory.
• Unload and Receive inventory which will require manually moving large and heavy goods at times.
• Proactively monitor order management systems to ensure that all inventory has been received properly and detailed descriptions of any overages/shortages/damages are captured accurately.
• Use Warehouse Management Software and Google Sheets to sort through Cycle Count data
• Audit inbound and outbound trucks on a regular basis
• Perform regular and triggered Cycle Counts are accurate and up to date.
• Provide direct input into existing user tools and make recommendations for improvements based on your everyday experience.
• Proficient use of ticketing system for exception management and problem solving
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across other teams

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years Strong computer skills including the ability to utilize and/or adapt to Microsoft Office or Google Suite Preferred
• Experience in Distribution and Logistics is a plus Preferred
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure Preferred
