Requirements
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
- Understanding of the energy industry, renewables market, solar, wind, power generation/transmission industries
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business development, or sales required
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online databases
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies via email campaigns, social media, and outbound calls
- Maintain thorough understanding of Eos products and services to provide relevant, up to date information to potential leads
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
- Maintain and update the Salesforce with accurate lead information and activity tracking
- Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and content
- Analyze lead generation metrics and optimize strategies for better performance
- Attend industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to generate new leads
- May assist the wider commercial team with duties and responsibilities as needed
