Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or technical diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years in IT with 5+ years supporting IBM Maximo, including experience with MAS 9.
  • In-depth understanding of maintenance, asset management, and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with integrating Maximo with Oracle ERP and other systems.
  • Expertise in monitoring, observability, and system performance tuning for enterprise applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

  • Technical lead in the support and configuration of IBM Maximo and MAS 9 environments.
  • Design and deliver solutions to improve asset and work management operations.
  • Work closely with business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions.
  • Design and support integration between Maximo and other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP (Finance and Supply Chain) and Copperleaf.
  • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with stakeholders across business units.
  • Lead or support upgrades, including migration to or enhancement of MAS 9.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, training, and support materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Maximo, MAS 9, or Oracle systems are a strong asset.
  • Experience with Copperleaf and/or asset investment planning platforms.
  • Experience with SAP Work Manager and/or Plant Maintenance.
  • Experience with field mobility tools (e.g., Maximo Mobile, Salesforce Field Services).
  • ITIL certification or working knowledge of IT service management processes.
  • Experience working in asset-intensive sectors such as utilities or transportation.
