Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience & education may be considered
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable with customer face-to-face interaction
- Goal-orientated self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Creating Visibility at identified Key Top customers in key vertical markets (Medical/Life Science)
- Market and Customer Mapping / Segmentation to quantify available market for growth and EFD share.
- Competitor Analysis to understand technology and commercial gaps.
- Records interactions in CRM and assigns leads/activities for Commercial Team to follow up
- Utilizes all available sales tools, collateral, and application translations
- Partners with Key Account managers and local representatives for seamless lead transfer
- Interacts with marketing and sales on content needs, ideas, and tools for better market penetration
- Engages in continuous professional development training sessions (Nordson University,etc).
- Assigns, partners, and transitions new leads to assign local sales reps for next step interaction
- Tracks campaign success and reports on mapping of manufacturing sites and new contacts at all engagement levels, weekly.
- Promotes best-in-class brand awareness and product offerings
- Partners with cross functional teams to promote collaboration and sharing of the information.
