Requirements
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, research, resource management, or a related field
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders as a peer, working across multiple functions and stakeholders in a complex organization
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities
- Global experience navigating large organizations, managing budgets, performance metrics, and vendor negotiations
Responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate with Partners, Experts, Directors, and Asset Leaders to ensure the right external resources are deployed
- Support high-value investment initiatives and oversee the incubation of new external capabilities
- Provide strategic guidance on third-party relationships and streamline account dynamics
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Finance teams to assess and mitigate third-party risks
- Contribute to strengthening the firm’s external knowledge strategy by codifying best practices and sharing insights
- Monitor emerging market trends and track competitive dynamics
- Drive efficiencies in vendor management processes and optimize investment recovery planning
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in a knowledge-related function, with an understanding of data, information services, and third-party contracting risks (preferred)
