Requirements
- Ensures customer and associate safety while minimizing service costs for problems by conducting diagnostic techniques
- Provides proactive solutions to problems applying programming methods
- Completes work assignments and priorities in Building Performance and Controls by using policies data and resources
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development execution and improvement of action plans
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity
Responsibilities
- Participates in teams in building performance and controls by using and sharing resources information and tools determining customer needs and business priorities coordinating and executing work assignments providing advice feedback and support to ensure timelines and work quality are achieved
- Performs special or unique programming projects to building controls systems by adapting or changing the building controls strategies
- Completes work assignments and priorities in Building Performance and Controls by using policies data and resources collaborating with Managers coworkers customers and other business partners
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders identifying business needs determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices monitoring progress and results
- Demonstrates engagement and commitment to the team developing others through feedback coaching mentoring and developmental opportunities
