Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in regulated enterprise SaaS GTM and product roles
- Deep domain expertise in biotech, pharma, clinical research, or scientific software
- Understanding of global life sciences markets, with fluency in EMEA
- Experience in APAC and Japan is a plus
- Ability to combine product intuition with technical fluency
- Strong communication skills across scientific, technical, and executive audiences
- High agency, fast learner, driven to execute with precision and ownership
Responsibilities
- Define and execute OpenAI’s life sciences approach across customer segments and global regions
- Shape our approach to high-impact use cases, including clinical trial design, scientific authoring, biomarker discovery, and lab automation
- Guide key deployments and convert early wins into scalable playbooks
- Translate customer needs, product gaps, and regulatory constraints into clear input for product and research development
- Architect how we engage scientific customers, from first contact through scaled adoption
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in APAC and Japan is a plus
