Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in engineering, specializing in human space flight
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling
- Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Experience leading a team
- Experience with space station operations and planning
- Knowledge of product lifecycle development, systems engineering and integration principles, and engineering disciplines
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Responsibilities
- Provide requirements, verification, and analysis expertise in the resolution of the client’s engineering and integration challenges
- Lead an internal volume configuration team
- Design and develop systems for the client
- Evolve systems with advanced technology solutions
- Lead client delivery for on-orbit systems and payloads hardware placement analyses
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with space station ground rules, requirements, and constraints
- Experience with Siemens NX 3D CAD software
- Experience working with international partners
- Experience in strategic systems integration, spacecraft systems, and project management
- Knowledge of Git and Visual Basic
- Knowledge of space exploration programs, including ISS, Artemis, and Gateway, and their visiting vehicles
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering
