Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of the spa including front desk, therapy rooms, and locker areas.
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all spa areas.
  • Lead and motivate spa team members including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to spa staff.
  • Monitor spa inventory and ensure adequate supplies and product availability.
  • Manage bookings, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Support the implementation of promotions, packages, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure that all spa policies and procedures are consistently followed.
  • Assist in preparing work schedules and managing staffing to meet business demands.
  • Maintain accurate reports related to spa usage, sales, and staff performance.
  • Uphold excellent guest relations and resolve any issues or concerns swiftly.
