Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a spa or wellness environment.
- Diploma or certification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa products, treatments, and protocols.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the spa including front desk, therapy rooms, and locker areas.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all spa areas.
- Lead and motivate spa team members including therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
- Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to spa staff.
- Monitor spa inventory and ensure adequate supplies and product availability.
- Manage bookings, guest inquiries, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Support the implementation of promotions, packages, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that all spa policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Assist in preparing work schedules and managing staffing to meet business demands.
- Maintain accurate reports related to spa usage, sales, and staff performance.
- Uphold excellent guest relations and resolve any issues or concerns swiftly.
