Requirements

  • Able to utilize any computerized applications
  • Able to handle the daily accounting
  • Able to process all charges
  • Provide the proper and safe guidance to our guests, residents and their guests, to operate and care of all health club equipment including, gym equipment, free weights, bicycles, steam room and handicapped lift
  • Reading, writing, oral proficiency in the English language preferred
  • Some schooling preferred
  • 1 year of similar experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Follow proper payroll and key procedures
  • Verify the attendant staff is present
  • Read and update the daily log and communicate relevant information to the staff
  • Actively greet and register guests and offer tours of facilities
  • Answer phones and make all spa bookings correctly while maintaining Four Seasons Standards
  • Confirm all Spa appointments for the following day or same day when needed
  • Daily Reports (Daily Spa Statistics, Pick-up Report, Daily room assignments)
  • Reply to any on-line treatment requests and schedule any requested treatments
  • Processing Therapists shift requests in Book4Time in a timely manner and ensuring the changes do not negatively impact the schedule or guests
  • Proactively distributing workload among therapist to increase productivity and reduce therapists down time
  • Effective spa yielding of the treatment book and Book4Time
  • Ensure that all operational supplies are requisitioned and received
  • Place purchase orders for any operational supplies and complimentary gifts and services required
  • Monitoring the guest areas of spa to ensure that the locker areas, fitness center, reception area, Treatment rooms, guest corridors, etc. are at all times neat, orderly and well stocked, daily walk through of the Spa on shift with follow-up to staff and engineering or housekeeping based on needs that have to be met
  • Ensure all retail displays are interesting and free of debris
  • Recording Therapists and Spa Agents infractions (tardiness, absence, insubordination, job performance issues, etc.) and passing the information on to the Spa Manager/Director for corrective action with employees
  • Daily communication to spa management to pass on pertinent information regarding the facility, employees, guests, supplies, repairs needed and upcoming events
  • When necessary, ascertaining satisfaction of guests upon check out and dealing with guest complaints as appropriate, calling for management assistance where necessary
  • Write and communicate glitches as well as perform the necessary follow-up and recovery to ensure guest and employee satisfaction
  • Completing as needed special tasks as deemed necessary by spa management in a timely manner and reporting back with details
