Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and reengineering of the Source-To-Pay (S2P) process, ensuring that it is in line with business objectives, purchasing plans, and best practices
- Document and create detailed process maps for the complete Source-To-Pay process, including sourcing, procurement, vendor management, contract management, and payment processes
- Build standardized processes, rules, and procurement procedures to guarantee consistency, compliance, and effectiveness across the S2P process
- Plan, organize, and carry out change management strategies to guarantee that new S2P processes and technologies are implemented smoothly and that users accept them
- Work closely with procurement, sourcing, finance, legal, and IT teams to align the S2P process with other business functions and ensure seamless integration
- Work with IT teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate procurement technologies and systems that enhance the S2P process, including eProcurement tools, contract management systems, and spend analytics platforms
- Develop testing protocols and oversee the testing and validation of new processes, ensuring they meet performance and compliance standards
- Create deployment plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and user documentation to ensure successful rollout of new S2P processes
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and efficiency of the S2P process, adjusting as necessary
- Continuously evaluate the S2P process and identify areas for improvement, driving initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supplier relationships
Preferred Qualifications
