Requirements
- You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- You have at least 10 years of software engineering experience with expertise in contact center technology suite.
- You have a minimum of 3 + years of experience in migrating customers from Genesys On-prem to Cloud, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
- You have stakeholder management experience and can influence business decisions and strategy to lead to positive outcomes.
- You have experience acting as a problem solver, player/coach and are a culture contributor.
- You have proven experience developing technology roadmaps and cultivating innovative technology solutions.
- You are a technical expert with strong business insight. You are a go to leader of software engineering best practices.
- You have extensive technology vendor management experience. You’ve led technology direction, guidance and oversight of vendor solutions and integrations.
