Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (solutions engineering, technical consulting, implementation engineering, etc.)
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and workflows
- Experience working with APIs, data integration, and technical implementation projects
- Experience working with databases, and a strong command of querying languages (eg. SQL)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive to find innovative solutions to customer challenges
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with customers to deeply understand their business processes, pain points, and objectives, then designing AI agent solutions to solve those problems
- Supporting our sales team to win enterprise deals
- Building, configuring, and deploying custom AI agents using our platform
- Working closely with the engineering team to identify product and platform improvements
- Creating clear documentation, training materials, and best practices to help customers get maximum value from our AI agents
- Serving as the technical liaison between customers and the product team, translating business requirements into technical specifications
- Supporting customer implementations and ensuring successful adoption and scaling of our solutions
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of our AI agent platform based on real-world customer feedback
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation technology
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or large language models
- Programming experience in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup
- Background in enterprise software implementations or customer success
