Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar role, preferably working with a technical enterprise product.
  • 3+ years managing relationships with mid-market and/or large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to design and develop technical prototypes to validate concepts, demonstrate feasibility, and accelerate product development.
  • Experience partnering with Account Executives to run technical deal cycles with Enterprise customers.
  • Experience working with customers with multiple stakeholders, and managing success programs.
  • A consultative approach with solving your customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical objections.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives.
  • Create and demo custom environments based off of customer industry and line of business.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal stakeholders, and identify themes across customers to incorporate into product planning.
  • Perform customer facing activities including creating and implementing customer success plans that outline goals, potential challenges, KPIs, and timelines.
  • Anticipate at-risk renewals or user churn and collaborate with the relevant internal teams to devise corrective action plans.
  • Develop ROI, business justification reports, business review presentations, customer testimonials, and case studies.
