Responsibilities
- Produce material lists and project scope of work summaries.
- Identify relevant control architectures, delineate control boundaries, specify relevant interfaces between machine/host and generate vendor quote requirements.
- Translate customer submitted Description of Operations requirements into compelling proposals that clearly articulate system capabilities and benefits.
- Submit quote request and validate vendor quotes in conjunction with procurement teams.
- Apply standard subsystems, designs and modules to solutions where appropriate.
- Identify relevant project risks and assist with generation of mitigation strategies.
- Prioritize and promote effective interaction between departments.
- Evaluate external quotes to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements.
- Identify and submit relevant internal controls/electrical quote requests and ensure subject area alignment with quoted budgets.
- Lead technical review and pricing reviews.
- Support the generation of accurate costs breakouts and bridging documents as needed.
- Responsible for all project engineering efforts for assigned projects.
- Applying relevant standard subsystems and modules.
- Thoroughly analyze customer RFPs, specifications and requirements to develop comprehensive and accurate project solutions.
- Ensure compliance of Solution Development project process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Case Conveyor and Linear sortation experience is helpful.
