Requirements
- 3-5 years in product management, sales, sales engineering, customer success or technical support experience with proven track record of working with cross-functional teams to sell and deliver customer solutions
- Ability/experience working with product management teams and product marketing teams, providing feedback on market trends, competitive trends and customer trends along with product/capability feedback.
- Ability to discuss technology through the language of business, know when to be detailed, as well as the ability to translate complex technical information into comprehensible conversation with a client audience – in order to evoke confidence & understanding in our solutions and technology
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and the ability to communicate the value of data insights to clients
- Strong collaboration with a problem-solving, design-thinking, customer-centric mindset and demonstrated skills in evaluating situations and identifying multiple solutions.
- Adept in engaging at various levels of seniority and roles within TU and the customer’s organization, and able to effectively and efficiently communicate the value of solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Responsibilities
- Educate the identified prospects on Solution capabilities using customized sales presentation materials, personalized product demonstrations and managing POC’s
- Understand and present all aspects of solutions, including value prop, analytics, integration specs, understand configuration settings, workflow process, deployment methodology, and data import/export processes to deliver product solutions that meet customer needs and allows customer to get full value of solutions
- Provide sales support as needed; including value-based product and solution presentations and demonstrations via web-based tools to deliver results of proof of concepts
- Performs proactive analytics, as applicable, to enable deeper understanding of client critical business issues/ pain points and elevate our brand as industry experts
- Ability to interpret data analysis into clear results and concrete recommendations (both verbally and in writing)
- Develop strong relationships with sales partners through alignment of market segments
- Support the development of sellers’ product knowledge in solution specific areas.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer of client’s expectations, needs, and application requirements to Product Implementation, Product Management & Product Development teams.
- Provide assistance in voice of client and product driven initiatives.
- Be a key and active participant in sales calls, and visits to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage of the sales cycle (including revalidations upon renewal with existing customers), after the initial customer contact in which the sales lead identifies the needs of the customer and likely solution
- Be the primary resource for solution demos during sales calls, and client meetings
- Listen to client needs, and translate their business needs into the terminology/functionality of our platform
- Lead conversations with prospective clients on integration steps, processes, and access points in partnership with delivery team(s).
- Support ongoing optimization needs with clients in partnership with Sales, DSA and Product teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of selected TransUnion solutions capabilities, design, functionality and benefits
- Familiarity of selling skills in the areas of positioning a solution, persuading, and negotiation
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level engagements dealing with analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for relevant analysis of opportunities and presenting to customers
- Experience with Vizio for use with customer journeys and mapping of solutions
- Prior domain expertise with FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, PATRIOT Act, BSA, and other regulations
- Strong technical depth (ex. APIs and Integration) a plus
- Certifications in cloud, networking or other technologies a plus
- Experience in Affiliate Marketing a plus
