Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales, marketing, or social media management experience.
- College or university degree/diploma (or have equivalent industry experience).
- Working proficiency in Hootsuite, Salesforce, G Suite Applications, and video conferencing software, or the ability to quickly learn and understand new software.
- An aptitude for explaining how solutions work.
- Curiosity for how businesses in various industries operate.
- Ability to understand and articulate our most common social use cases in marketing, advocacy and service.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing / Social Media Management Solutions.
- Clear, concise, and confident presentation skills with a competence in storytelling.
- The ability to take complex technical features and explain them to a non-technical audience.
- Proven track record of meeting business objectives or defined targets.

Responsibilities
- Partner with our sales team on net new and upsell opportunities, serving as the go-to technical advisor throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to personal, sub-regional and regional targets.
- Participate in discovery sessions with practitioners and team leaders to uncover key requirements, challenges and opportunities in their organization.
- Deliver concise, compelling, value-based presentations and product demos, typically at social media practitioner level.
- Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date understanding of features and upcoming releases for Hootsuite, Talkwalker, and Partner products by actively attending product councils and learning sessions.
- Share learnings from experiences, training and external sources with colleagues in the regional Solutions & Innovation team via regular team meetings and through team collaboration tools.
