Requirements
- Experienced with modern interface patterns and techniques.
- High level of expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solutions: Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using technologies like Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Security Protocols and Standards: In-depth knowledge of security protocols and standards such as OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, and LDAP. Ability to ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations, and to implement best practices for identity governance and administration.
- Integration and Interoperability Skills: Strong capabilities in integrating IAM solutions with various enterprise systems and applications, including cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), on-premises systems, and third-party applications. Experience with API management and developing custom connectors to facilitate seamless interoperability, especially with platforms like SailPoint.
- Experience with one or more cloud service providers and their respective environments
- Database and data modeling experience and understanding of relational database concepts.
- Advanced skills in paradigms such as Object Oriented, Functional, or Event Driven.
- Experienced with manipulating large datasets across heterogeneous systems, and with Data Integration technologies and solutions.
- Proficiency in Event-Driven architectures, enabling the design of responsive and scalable systems.
- Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks and one or more Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) tools
- Experience with agile software development processes
- Proven ability to design solutions that are scalable, maintainable and adhere to policies, standards, and best practices.
- Experience working with multiple, large enterprise platforms and a diverse technology environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, communication, planning, problem solving, trouble shooting, facilitation and organization skills.

- BS/BA or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a technical role in Information Technology
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a software engineer or solutions architect. Experience with engineering technology components is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in with designing and deploying IAM solutions.
Responsibilities

- Ensures alignment between EA roadmap and solutions being delivered.
- Collaborates with delivery teams during application design, assisting product teams with interoperability, performance, scalability, reliability, availability, technology and security risks.
- Describes the structure, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of the solution to business stakeholders.
- Designs solutions in multiple cloud service providers in IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS
- Owns and drives proof-of-concept and discovery efforts.
- Participates in defining platform standards.
- Develop and evolve solution architecture roadmaps and portfolios.
- Partners with engineers to troubleshoot and provide solutions for production issues.
- Participate in vendor corrective action meetings as required, providing suggestions or alternatives to solve problems.
- Prepares and present designs and any known exceptions to Architecture Review Board (ARB)
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
