Requirements
- Preventative & Corrective maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in solar system installation or energy storage systems
- Understanding of workplace safety and ability to follow safety standards
- Experience with electrical systems and familiarity with basic safety principles
- Technical proficiency with standard business software, SCADA, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to read, write and understand English
Responsibilities
- Travel to distributed and utility-scale solar and battery storage facilities to perform preventative & corrective maintenance
- Perform other technical and administrative duties associated with operating and maintaining a power facility
- Perform/assist with corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance and operations for equipment including installed Inverters, Trackers, Combiner Boxes, PV Modules, DC Collection equipment and systems, AC Collection and Distribution equipment
- Provide limited support for commissioning activities
- Support warranty claims processes with vendors as needed
- Participate in training as required
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with Environmental and Safety requirements
- Perform work independently and in team environments
