Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Eight (8) years of progressive experience in software testing.

Responsibilities
- Drive a quality first approach to software development and delivery.
- Manage a small QA team while effectively solving problems that cross product, functional and geographical boundaries.
- Lead the quality and testing efforts across multiple IoT teams.
- Ensure quality and testing best practices are being followed.
- Provide technical direction and leadership to QA teams.
- Ensure employees have a solid understanding of overall strategy.
- Establish metrics to determine readiness, quality and operability of software, systems and products.
- Help implement new automation frameworks, taking ownership of automation tests and QA processes.
- Evangelize best practices and processes, coaching other SDETs and software engineers to elevate the overall technical quality and maturity.
- Continuously improve quality assurance processes and standards across both development and QA.
- Champion learning, growth, engagement, and continuous improvement for yourself and other SDETs on the team.
- Set the standard for authentic communication and collaboration.
