Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on defined benefit pension administration and/or the insurance or financial services industries.
- Strong understanding of the product management discipline, software development processes, including Agile methodologies, and experience working closely with engineering teams.
- In-depth knowledge of pension administration, benefits management, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive product initiatives from conception to launch.
- A passion for delivering exceptional outcomes and user experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMC, PMP, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements and create detailed product roadmaps.

- Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software products.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on design based on user feedback.
- Ensure the product meets user needs and expectations.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for the product.
- Oversee testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Ensure the product is reliable, secure, and performant.
- Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and communication strategies.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a successful launch.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and make necessary adjustments.
- Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and updates.
- Manage the product lifecycle, including planning for end-of-life when necessary.
- Ensure ongoing support and maintenance of the product.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and buy-in from all relevant parties.
Preferred Qualifications
