Requirements

Responsibilities
- Install, train and support software systems that control Kardex Remstar ASRS and related products
- Travel in the US, Canada, Mexico, and other countries as required
- Position requires regular overnight travel
- Report activity regularly on standard forms (i.e. work orders, weekly time sheets and expense reports)
- Maintain a detailed record of service visits including technical problems and resolution to correct these problems
- Maintain all company property including tools, cell phones and computers in a safe and productive manner
- Keep informed regarding all operating characteristics, design factors and technical performance of storage and retrieval products
- Attend training courses/seminars recommended by management
