Requirements
- Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Network, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline
- One (1) year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field
- Six (6) months of experience using C# or Java
- Six (6) months of experience using Python
- Six (6) months of experience using Golang
- Six (6) months of experience using SQL
- Six (6) months of experience using CI/CD
- Six (6) months of experience using Kubernetes
Responsibilities
- Use existing playbooks reviewed by senior engineers for Running-The-Business tasks including resolving customer tickets, upgrading software dependencies, etc.
- Participate in code reviews and testing of new features to help develop the tools/systems that the team is committed to providing
- Formulate, implement, and evaluate algorithms for platform and application features in C#/Java, Python, Golang, SQL
- Work closely with Product Management and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy highly useful, high-quality software
- Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites as required
- Resolve complex technical issues for deployed apps/services on Platform such as AWS and Kubernetes and drive innovation that improves the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
