Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of frontend engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in React
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing concepts and conversion rate optimization
- Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of multiple complex projects that establish our website, Ramp.com, as the gold standard for brand and product marketing
- Collaborate tightly with our paid ads team to A/B test landing pages for lead generation across multiple channels (Meta ads, Google search, direct mail, podcast, etc.)
- Build design systems and foster a culture of upholding industry-leading UX
- Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Next.js and its server side rendering capabilities
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
- Experience with web design
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
