Requirements
- 5+ years of experience driving business impact as a frontend, backend or full-stack software engineer
- Ambitious and takes initiative, thriving in environments with minimal supervision
- Not ideological about technology, able to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs
- Takes pride in work and is highly accountable
- Strong communicator, able to communicate nuanced ideas clearly and empathetic in disagreements

Responsibilities
- Work closely with product, design, and other engineers to build Leland’s platform that connects people with coaching, content, community to help them accomplish their goals
- Build and maintain foundational pieces of Leland’s infrastructure
- Propose innovative ideas and shape a product that will surprise and delight customers and drive business results
- Write high-quality, performant code
- Ensure product quality through comprehensive testing and rigorous code reviews
- Contribute to our team culture by fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with React, TypeScript, Next.js, Java, GraphQL
- Experience working in startup environments
