Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 3+ years of Python development experience
- Proven experience in developing and debugging embedded systems software
- Expertise in developing on Linux platforms and C++
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and asynchronous communication protocols
- Flexibility to deal with changing requirements and timelines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curiosity and drive to understand how things work “under the hood.”
Responsibilities
- Lead the estimation and timely completion of assigned features from requirements through delivery
- Analyze logs and perform static code analysis to identify logic, design, and concurrency issues
- Create and update architecture, design documents, and behavioral tests
- Encourage robust software practices such as unit and integration testing, code review, and documentation
- Collaborate with other engineers, teams, product management, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and improve user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service experience
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
- Masters: Computer Science
